Who processes the data
The controller is BWT Kazakhstan LLP, BIN 230640019841. Contact for personal-data questions: info@bwt.kz. bwt.kz is an informational BWT catalog for Kazakhstan — there is no web shop or payment on the site.
What we collect
Only name and phone are required. Without them the form will not send — otherwise we cannot reach you.
Email and the message are optional. You can leave them blank. If you fill them in, we use them to reply more precisely (equipment model, water hardness, site) or to copy the reply by email.
Why we process it
Only to answer the inquiry: advise on BWT products and service, clarify the task and, if needed, prepare a quotation. We do not use the data for marketing mailings and we do not sell it.
Legal basis
Consent of the personal-data subject. You must tick the box before submit. Without consent the inquiry is not sent. You can withdraw consent by emailing the controller — we will stop processing unless Kazakhstani law still requires us to keep the record.
How it works
Form data arrives at the office mailbox info@bwt.kz. A staff member in Almaty contacts you by phone, WhatsApp or email during business hours. Only people who need it to reply can access inquiries.
Sharing with third parties
We do not share data with third parties for their marketing. Exceptions are requirements of the laws of the Republic of Kazakhstan (courts, public authorities) and technical vendors the site needs (hosting, email). With them — only as much as needed to deliver the inquiry.
How long we keep it
We keep it while we handle the request and for a reasonable time after the reply — typically no longer than 12 months. Then we delete it from working mail unless the law requires a longer hold. We will delete sooner if you ask.
Your rights
You may ask what data we received from your inquiry, correct it or request deletion. An email or a call is enough. Withdrawing consent does not undo a reply already given, but we will not run new follow-ups on that data without fresh consent.
